Hoping this writer's strike is over soon. I need to know what is going on on Wisteria Lane. What is Charlie Crew's going to do with his partner's daddy now that he know about the missing daughter? And, Ned, why did you have to tell Chuck about killing her dad, you didn't mean to, you were a kid and wanted your mom to live. Give the writers their 2.5 cents. Otherwise we'll have to live with "reality" and Cashmere Mafia and Lipstick Jungle. Dumb names, may be good shows, but I'm already not interested.

Things I'm not liking....


Bad Girls, can you say gold ring in a pig's snout. Maybe that's too good for these girls.

Girls Next Door. Holly, he's not going to marry you or leave you any money. Get over it.

Things I'm liking....

Biggest Loser. These guys lose more weight, do it faster and keep it off longer than the patients on Big Medicine. And the "Losers" look better because they have some muscle definition.

Supernanny. I know they put every "episode" the kid has for two weeks in a half hour but dang, some of these people have no clue.

Wifeswap. Should the thought even drift across my mind that my husband is not the perfect man for me, I think of every episode of Wifeswap and thank God.

Jon and Kate Plus 8. Also, there is always someone out there who has it worse than me.

Extreme Makeover Home Edition. All about giving. Love it.

Looking forward to....

The Baby Borrowers. A bunch of know it all teens who are in love, think they want a baby. Nothing like letting them try it out solo for a day or five. The tagline is this isn't tv it's birth control.


Oprah's Big Give. Who can give away the most money. Love it.

Celebrity Apprentice 01/17/08

Gene Simmons was sent over to the girls team. He was asked to lead them because they clearly had no leader, he led them to what I believe was a better concept and in the end the concept was not liked by the executives. While Donald was begging to fire Nely, who clearly should have been fired, Gene chose to bring back two team mates that had little to do with this project. In the end it got him fired.

The guys team did a horrible job on presentation. They only had more $ sales because Stephen Baldwin's brother Alec showed up and paid $1,000 each for two $100 printers.

All the guys went to the executive meeting. The smooze, as it were. Gene decided that only two of the women would go, his reasoning, they asked the teams to think outside the box, a meeting would only define a box. He sent Nely and Carol. Nely talked the whole time, the executives were annoyed. This is why the Don was begging for her to be brought to the boardroom.

Anyway, I was watching it for Gene, don't know if I'll continue.
